Return & Exchange Policy

At Cooper Cable Company, we stand behind the quality and durability of our cables. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no cost to you.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

Warranty

Our cables are built to last. We offer a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at sales@coopercable.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions.
